Mellow Birthday
Ok So it's been an interesting weekend... Blackmachine was splendid and another packed house. Faces of Sarah were marvelous Trad fare and went down very well and The Last Dance were superb Dancing ferret have a good act signed there and I shall be stealing Drac's copy of their album to have a good listen at a later date. Drank lots generally had a giggle on the dancefloor and was all in all a top night *sidenote* Noisex will be playing an exclusive once in a lifetime gig at blackmachine, if you want details drop me a comment *bounces* Saturday I cant for the life of me remember except for watching Hellraiser 6 with inky (which was very good, thank you Torrent LOL) Sunday was again very mellow. I went out for a few drinks to celebrate my 27th with Iain, Sarah Big Dave and a few others very relaxed amd very nice. Rolled home merry and had a good phonecall from Anisa wishing me a happy B'day (thanks 'Nisa!) Strangely then had an early night! (i was planning on going out but decided against it) Only other thing of note was I treated myself to a copy of Arc on PS2 (YAY RPG action) |

Weekend mayhem
Ok So I spose i should put the weekends mayhem in here LOL Friday was a particularly top notch night. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE from previous blackmachines was out including Mike the Bastard and Glowy Matt. I havent seen those guys in the longest time and it does make me miss hanging out with the Bastard sadly *sighs* It was sheer madness to see Puppet being made into a cyber muppet by Incurus and the lil guy even got down to some APB which was cool. My work is almost complete on Nathan he a) Requested some Hocico and B) Danced to Noisex... Not bad for a staunch metalhead LOL So yes Booze more Booze and some serious dancing and of course the obligatory Schmoosing ROTFLMAO Was a great night apart from the morning after *groans* To quote Danny Glover @I'm getting too old for this sh1t@ aaah will post more as soon as I have time... and Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter is in fact *shock* A good game :P Current Mood:  tiredCurrent Music: The gentle hum of server room fans |

erm Yes I'm alive. Working hard and wishing I was hardly working but on the plus side I just got Unreal Tournament 2004 which may prove to be a good waste of time *S* On a completely different sidenote (and this will really teach me to pdate this journal and send not go off and do stuff and then carry on updating) Aren't emotions a bitch. You try to convince yourself that 'this' is how things are and you have to accept them and WAM your brain decides "oh no its not" and opens up a whole case of emotional backage on your psyche. I hate it when that happens, but thats what you get when you're a thinker and dweller like me *grumbles* Oh for a simple life LOL |

So what have i been up to.... Well a whole heap of not a lot really, not that its a bad thing. Had no real plans for the weekend so it was a case of chilling at home and pottering about. Did debate going to the classic rock night but changed my mind due to exorbotant prices. Looks like next weekend is completely unbooked too so could well be more of the same. Not sure if that is a good or a bad thing to be honest |

So yes things are still not working I'm currently in a ping pong battle with AT&T where I say it's your fault i know it is because our uber expensive expert has checked EVERYTHING and can prove its your fault. AT&T keep saying "Well everything seems ok from here" GAH! Still at least I am blame free and have done EVERYTHING within my power to sort all this crud out. I just wish the phone would stop ringing with people saying "Its not working" If anything has come from all this its something deeply disturbing MY FIRST GREY HAIR! Well it's downhill from here on in, at least it was on the side ofmy head so i may get that distinguished grey sides look if i'm lucky... Stressed, Moi? LOL |

Mr Violent moodswing Ah the joy random swings in mood, I'm usualy a pretty mellow guy but between work stress and everything else I've been flicking moods of late. Nothing major until i came into work on a major downer to discover a dead mainframe and half a ton of work waiting for me *GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH* Well all it's done is put me in the mood to go get thoroughly pissed and that aint good LOL anyway who can tell the way i am this week i could be floating on clouds by the end of the day Current Mood:  angry |

Well I'm starting to feel more human now. However my finances for the month are screwed... so I'll be staying in all month and doing bugger all I guess.
